Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Skymind and go to the You tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately.

Want a copy first? Tap Export my data on the same screen before deleting.

Without the app

Email support@skymindapp.com from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my Skymind account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile and sign-in details.
• All moods, journal entries, check-in answers, exercises, habits, program progress, companion conversations and reflections.
• Notification tokens and subscription status stored by us.

Deletion from our database is immediate and permanent. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days. Purchase records that the law requires us to keep for accounting are retained for the required period, without your wellbeing data.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't cancel Skymind Pro. Cancel it in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
